![]() ![]() ![]() We reached Aristotelis for some quick questions about the event that promises to be really fun but above all organized with care to entertain anyone who will present at the gates of the racetrack next Sunday morning. The real highlight of the event, however, will be the Evotek stations, designed for professional use with hydraulic actuators and even active tension belts to simulate G forces. There will be an avalanche of driving stations based on Assetto Corsa managed by with which complete races will be disputed but also hotlaps that will allow the best to access the track as passengers of some of the most beautiful and powerful cars on the world scene. The event will be full of reasons of interest both inside the pits and off the track. The organizers are Aristotelis Vasilakos, deus ex machina behind the driving model of Assetto Corsa and Maurizio Spinali, an engine journalist with extensive experience in the sector. An event open to all that will have the intention of introducing you to the world of virtual driving simulation but also of letting you experience the sensations that real cars can give once they hit the track. This is what will happen on Sunday at the Game & Track Show at the Modena Autodrome from 9.30 in the morning until 6.00 in the evening. The convergence between track and driving games is now an established fact: many drivers train using simulators to prepare for real races but the use of more or less professional platforms is often a constant when it comes to Track Days, events that take place between the pits and the track of more or less renowned circuits where enthusiasts (but also those who are fasting in the world of motors in general) can get in touch with what happens in the pits by being driven around the track by professional drivers on board of cars they wouldn’t get on very often.
